This means 100% of our focus goes into the food we serve and how we serve it - not facilities management, personnel management & benefits, payroll & HR, uniforms, or anything else (we have strategic partners for those things). We take pride in every step in the process of small & local and commit our energy and resources to take those philosophies to a scale that executes commercial volume with the greatest degree of precision: 

  • Sourcing foods from each of our local communities (not from giant distribution country-wide supply chains)

  • Prepping fresh foods in our local communities (not in factories or assembly lines, freezing and shipping product cross-country)

  • Hiring our teams from our local communities, putting dollars and creating jobs in the local economies (not transplanting or relocating corporate staff from other territories)

We choose not to feed your work families any differently than we feed our home families. If our people don’t eat it, neither will yours. Nutrition and wellness from natural foods atop our priority lists as we source ingredients and the processed, preserved, and filler junk that so often pollute commercial food applications simply aren’t given the time of day. You get out what you put in, and we want everyone we feed to get a happy and healthy quality of life out of the food we serve them.

We scale up heart-filled recipes suited for the kitchen table, not mathematical formulas suited for the factory floor.
