We’ve heard about, and we’ve tried “barbeque” from other regions such as the midwest and even northeast that try to call themselves the best. But the fact remains - nothing stands up to the southern smoke of The Great Lone Star State! It’s a big state, and there’s a lot of bbq around, and we think ours is up there with the best.
