The difference between fresh fish and not, we feel, is the most dramatic difference between fresh and unfresh food products (compared to meats, produce, etc.; except maybe dairy!) We also feel there is nothing more satisfying and refreshing than truly great quality, fresh fish. Our mission is to find the best fishermen and get their fish into our doors as fast as we can after they come out of the water. Sometimes even on the same day! Pair that with our Ishida family flavors as deep as the sea, and you have yourself one of the most satisfying meals in every way. Even if you prefer yours cooked, you can rest assured the fish was just brought in, not sitting in a box, display cooler, or freezer for that matter!
